CUCUMBER OF KNOSSO

Traditional Knossos variety, from Heraklion, Crete.

Cucumbers appear 50-60 days after sowing and are harvested when they are dark green and firm, medium in size with a small part of the peduncle. Overripe ones are yellowish.

We harvest every day to encourage continuous plant production.
