PEPPER

Varieties of the plant produce fruits in different colors, such as green, red, yellow, orange. Flasks are usually collected green once they are slightly polished.

Red peppers are simply ripe green peppers.

They are always sweet and not hot and have many uses in cooking such as stuffed, chopped in sauces or in salads.
