FLORINA PEPPERS (RED CAPIA)

The Florinis pepper is the variety of red pepper. Its fruits are 15-20 cm long and 4-5 cm wide. It is plump with a sweet taste and is one of the only vegetables that can be pickled, roasted, dried or stored in a jar or can. They are rich in vitamins C, A, K and E.
